Entry Guidelines

1. Only film produced or co-produced in North East States eligible for the competition.
2. The film should completed between 1st September, 2023 and 31st August, 2024. All participating films in the competition have to Submit CBFC Certificate or Self declaretion on court stamp paper.
3. Entries are invited in all Languages of North East Region.
4. Films must be sub-titled in English if language is other than English.
5. Entry fee of Rs.2000/- in Cash/Local Cheque/Draft/G-pay in favour of “SAILADHAR BARUAH MEMORIAL TRUST”, Payable at Guwahati, is mandatory and non-refundable.
6. Films must be submitted in BLURAY or Pen Drive format.
7. Preview materials will not be returned unless specifically request by the applicant.
8. Last date for submitting the completed entry form along with synopsis, resume, fee, photographs on or before 20th November 2024 and preview materials on or before 30th November 2024 to the SBFA communication address.
9. Entry form to be download from Sailadhar Baruah Memorial Trust`s website.
10. The Award winning films including the Best Film of the competition will be screened during Award ceremony.
